(Last patient accepted 1 hour prior to close or when maximum patient flow reached.)

Tuesday evenings until 7:00 pm
(closed noon - 1:00pm for lunch)
Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Mobile Medical Clinic Service Locations

Acute mobile medical and navigation services are available in areas throughout Calhoun County including areas in Battle Creek, Homer, Albion, Tekonsha, and Burlington. Bronson Battle Creek has generously allowed us to use their Care-A-Van at some locations. At other locations, we have partnered with area organizations or businesses to use a private room within their organization. Just look for the CHC "Free Medical Clinic" banner.
